Water is consumed daily by everyone, either orally or
through the skin (by showering/bathing, swimming, etc) clean water is an
essential nutrient, the basis of fluid of all living organisms, and very
necessary for life. When we talk about achieving optimum health, clean water
consumption should be the top of the list for “most important” health factors.
After all, water forms averagely 70% of the composition of the human body.
We all know that it is important to drink plenty of safe,
clean water. Most people understand the feeling of not getting enough water;
